Gastronomy

Food must be pleasure only.

Jean-Pierre Blancard has been working for 8 years in the restaurant and his personal recipes  are cooked with products found on local markets and grown by local producers.

The tastes of the menu Mets et Plaisir is to cause you to swoon, like this cep ravioli with parmesan shavings, the veal steak served with chicory and Cantal cheese; or even the white chocolate soufflé, a must-try on the dessert card all year long. (Petit Fûté)

We select and propose a range of regional and other wines.

Jean-Pierre suggests menus that change according to the seasons and the market products... a real delight!
